    Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) believes manufacturing “isn’t going to come” to the U.S. regardless of the Trump administration putting tariffs on nations to take action.

    Khanna, who represents Silicon Valley, joined CBS Information’s “Face the Nation” on Sunday, the place he mentioned he doesn’t assume manufacturing for know-how will come to america and as a substitute go the place there are decrease tariffs.
