“If I’m gone for a month on this trip, you can’t pack a month’s worth of underwear,” she said. “How do you do that? They take up a lot of space.”
After Tracee’s comments went viral, she took to her Instagram Story to clarify. “This is hilarious,” she wrote. “I pack 2 pairs in my carry-on…in case my luggage doesn’t make it!!! That’s what I said. People hear what they want.”
In the trailer for her new show, she revealed that she took her first solo trip when she was 25 and haven’t looked back since. “A lot of what solo touring is, is about not ready for one thing with a view to expertise my life,” she said. Tracee is one of the many Black women redefining womanhood and a beautiful example of how life can get better with age.
