    The CLARITY Act splits regulation of the digital property market between two regulators — the Securities and Change Fee (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Buying and selling Fee (CFTC). 

    The invoice needs to be authorized by each panels because the Home Monetary Companies Committee oversees the SEC, whereas the Home Agriculture Committee has jurisdiction over the CFTC. 

    The laws has confronted pushback from Home Democrats, notably as President Trump and his household have more and more expanded their involvement within the crypto area, from meme cash to stablecoins.
